If you’re looking for something a little less intensive than Notion, we’ve compiled a small list of alternatives for you.
Notion is a great all in one workspace, so naturally, the alternatives for Notion are, too!
The first alternative to Notion app is:
- Figma design – if you’ve used Notion extensively and have already figured out how it works and thought it was easy, Figma is great and allows you to delve even deeper into graphic design. In Figma, you can create logos, website, designs, and much more. Really, the sky is the limit. Plus, it’s free!
- Canva – Another app similar to Notion, but much simpler to use, is Canva. Canva is great if you just want templates that are pre-made so you can create your brand logo, website graphics, or anything else you want!
- Dokkio – Dokkio is a file-sorting program that syncs all your files from Notion, Dropbox, Box, Slack, Google Drive, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Gmail automatically so you don’t have to – and you can have all your files live in the same place. This allows its AI to automatically sort and categorize your files from any of your clouds without you having to lift a finger. So while you can’t exactly do graphic design in Dokkio, it’s a great tool for productivity and a great team collaboration productivity app. It also comes with a Sidebar Chrome extension so that you can highlight any text in your internet browser and the Sidebar app will show you a list of relevant files.
Have you used any of these? What’s your favorite productivity app?
